1st time buyer...The Pecan double take skirt set material is horrible. It has so much piling in one wear that I can no longer wear this again. And looks like some sort of felt material with lint balls all over. I ordered in January and as the weather changed. I'm just now wearing this but if I had known this would be the result I would never have purchased this. I tried on The grape Marsha ruched skirt set and the bottom is not flattering at all /huge attempted to exchange and was told refund only and the price had went up. No exchanges

Both James and Jocelyn assisted me with the exchange of a damaged item. Their customer service was fantastic, with quick turnaround time in shipping out the new item. I've had a pleasant experience and will continue to order from JLux. I love the quality of the clothing and the quick shipping! You also can't beat getting a live person on the phone that desires to provide a solution.

This company lacks customer service. They sent me an orange bodysuit with a hole in the sleeve, and a skirt with pulled thread. I messaged them several times for the inconvenience they caused and their response was to send it back at my earliest convenience. When asked for additional assistance they said that they would escalate my case and I would hear back within 1-3 business days. This is the 6th business day without a response. They completely lack in customer service and definitely do not recommend. I wish I could add pictures of the poorly sent products they delivered to me. Be on the lookout for damaged items in the mail. FYI be aware of when you send complaints to them, they say they’ll respond but never do.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me a day after this review was made (James, the employee) who was very apologetic and professional. He was able to compensate me for the inconvenience by giving me points towards a future purchase. At the end of my conversation with him, I was a happy and satisfied customer, exactly what customers are looking for.

Reaching out to state that your clothing is amazing! My daughter selected the "Almond For The Night One Shoulder Dress" for me to wear at her wedding. It was a showstopper! I was "applauded" 👏 and "cheered"📣 as I walked down the aisle. I felt like the bride and not the mother of the bride.

I am 57 years old and I feel like I "did that" by wearing your feminine and sexy dress. If you ever need an older model to showcase your clothing, please reach out. I am addicted to your label and your brand.

Great quality clothes for the price that you pay! everything fits true to size and do not feel cheaply made or that they will fall apart after a few uses. I also appreciate the quick shipping time. I got my order within a few days of purchasing!

This was my first time ordering from JLUXLABEL at the recommendation of a friend who is a frequent shopper. The designs caught my eye immediately and instead of purchasing one dress, I bought three to cover multiple upcoming events. It was like visiting Target! My order arrived quicker than anticipated and when I tried on each dress, I fell in love with the dress material which was incredibly soft and form fitting. Each item looked exactly how it did on the site which is perfect for how I envisioned my look for my birthday, a bridal shower, and a wedding. I will be ordering more styles from JLUXLABEL. Definitely a newfound fan!

Also to anyone that has had a bad experience don’t let JLUXLABEL responses Fool you, they say they will be in touch immediately, someone will contact you, still no emails and no responses a week later. jluxelabel is a company that will take your money and provide no outfit so if you just like handing out your money and get nothing in return this company is for you 👍

I love love love JLUXLABEL. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, it’s the quality of the garments for me! Every piece is made with quality fabric, the designs are chic and the color palettes compliment all skin tones. I’m so glad stores like Nordstrom’s have realized this is a brand they need to carry!

I recently experienced a shipping issue with my JLUXLABEL package as it appears to have been stolen from my address. It’s really the first time that anything like this has ever happened to me so I’m sure you can understand my frustration and confusion. Anyway, i reached out to their customer service and they rectified my issue in less than a week by both talking with me and offering a refund or replacement. This also might be worth noting. I quickly checked out with shop pay and did not see the option to insure my package so if i were you I’d be mindful of that and insure your packages just to make the entire process more seamless. I was very pleased with my interactions throughout the shipping issue and can’t wait to order my next piece. Been doing business with JLUX for years. The sizes are accurate and the quality is top tier. 10/10 highly recommend.

Worst return policy, call and want to return product that was 40% off and only a instore credit. Won't return back to original payment. The product doesn't meet the quality expected. The customer service person told us if we wanted to just do a charge back.

This was my first order with JLUXLABEL, and my excitement to receive my package for an upcoming event was met with extreme disappointment as a result of the USPS carrier delivering to the wrong mailbox. When I reached out to JLUXLABEL’s customer support, I received a timely response and provided with next steps. Luckily, the USPS carrier was able to retrieve and redeliver my package. I am thrilled with my outfit and can’t wait to post it once I wear it in a couple of weeks. I am a stickler for great customer service and quality products. This was my first order but definitely NOT my last!!! ✨

J lux is easily becoming one of my favorite brands. The online shopping experience is very easy and shipping is quick and all the items are high quality and very gorgeous.

The clothes they make are beautiful. Only downside is shipping. I think having to pay $150 for free shipping is too much. Also, there are frequent sales but rarely on items I want. Other than I love shopping there. Currently waiting for a new collection.
